Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with our product. If you are not satisfied with a product you may return
it within 14 days of receiving it. You must contact B&E3D before returning the product. Products returned with no prior contact may not be refunded. Use the contact page to send us a message or email explaining your concerns. Product must be returned with all components and in good condition.
Return shipping is at customers expense. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, you will be promptly refunded the purchase price, including tax, in the same manner in which you paid.
Limited Warranty
B&E3D warranty obligations are limited to the terms listed here:
B&E3D warrants its product and parts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of original purchase.
Upon determination of material or work defect, B&E3D will refund or replace any defective item at B&E3D discretion. Replacement product sent to Customer, becomes the property of that Customer, while items deemed defective become the property of B&E3D and shall be returned at B&E3D's
discretion. Any product replaced will be covered by the 1 year warranty from the date of replacement.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. In the case of unexpected delays or special processing, You will be contacted by B&E3D to confirm status and make any necessary arrangements.
We use USPS to ship products to the continental 48 states. Please contact us if outside this region or if you wish to arrange different shipping methods. You will receive an email when your product is shipped. Tracking information is available upon request. Please contact us with any concerns you may have.

B&E3D respects your privacy. Any and all information collected is solely for the conducting of B&E3D business and will be kept strictly confidential. Information gathered, including information from social media such as email addresses will not be sold, shared or disclosed.
Payment and Options
B&E3D uses Paypal as our credit card processor. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use the service to check out using most major credit cards. Choosing the "check out as guest" option will take
you through the checkout process and let you input your card information. Paypal is secure and encrypted. B&E3D does not have access or records of your credit card information.
Please contact us to place an order if you wish to use a money order or cashier's check. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Liability Waiver
B&E3D is not responsible for any damage done to any property by the proper or improper use of any of its products. For best results, always follow instructions. Failure to follow instructions, or jamming something together could result in damage. Parts are designed for proper fit and should never be forced. If you have any questions about fit or use of a product, contact B&E3D.
